	Our rural house is of recent construction. It is located in a small village that receives the name of dam q bathes it, the Bermejales, in Sand the municipal term of the King, small town of the Region of Alhama of Granada, located to about 44 kilometers of Granada.
House located in a parcel of 600 square meters with zone of parking and is surrounded totally with wall of about two meters of height, swimming pool, furniture of garden, pulls and wood chairs of teka, tumbonas, parasol, covered porch, barbecue and ecological orchard. Located in the Natural Park of the Mountain ranges of Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama. In our house it will be able to enjoy the nature, of the typical landscapes that to him the place offers, as well as of great amount of adventure sports. Equipped with great illumination.
The diversity of flora, the presence of the wild goat, the deer, the wild boar, the common squirrel, great eagles (real, perdicera, road and culebrera), travelling, azor hawk and the presence in the many crystalline water rivers of the common trout, make of this park an ideal place to be visited.
